Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 tablespoons cannabutter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 teaspoon truffle oil
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup fontina cheese, shredded
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh chives, chopped for garnish
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook macaroni until al dente, drain.
3. In a saucepan, melt cannabutter, add flour, and cook for 1 minute.
4. Gradually whisk in milk until the sauce is thick and creamy.
5. Stir in truffle oil, mozzarella, and fontina until smooth.
6. Mix the sauce with macaroni and transfer to a baking dish.
7. Bake for 20 minutes until the top is slightly golden.
8. Garnish with chives and serve.
