Ingredients
• 1 cup papaya, diced
• 1 cup dragon fruit, diced
• 1 cup pineapple, diced
• 1 cup mango, diced
• 1 cup kiwi, sliced
• 1 cup pomegranate seeds
• 2 tablespoons cannabis-infused coconut water
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 1 tablespoon agave syrup
• 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
• Fresh mint leaves for garnish
• Toasted coconut flakes for garnish
Preparation
1. Prepare the Fruit:
• Wash and prepare all the fruit. Dice the papaya, dragon fruit, pineapple, and mango. Slice the kiwi and gather the pomegranate seeds.
• Place all the prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl.
2. Make the Dressing:
• In a small bowl, combine the cannabis-infused coconut water, lime juice, agave syrup, and grated ginger. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
3. Assemble the Salad:
• Pour the dressing over the fruit in the mixing bowl.
• Gently toss the fruit to ensure it is evenly coated with the dressing.
• Garnish with fresh mint leaves and toasted coconut flakes.
4. Serve:
• Serve the Tropical Bliss Cannabis-Infused Fruit Salad immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
