Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 tablespoons cannabis-infused vegetable oil
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Szechuan peppercorns, crushed
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Cooked rice, to serve
Preparation
1. Heat the cannabis-infused oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the tofu cubes and fry until golden on all sides. Remove tofu and set aside.
3. In the same wok, add the red onion, bell pepper, broccoli, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Add the garlic and Szechuan peppercorns, stir-frying for another minute.
5. Return the tofu to the wok along with soy sauce, chili paste, and sugar. Stir well to combine and heat through.
6. Serve the stir-fry hot over cooked rice.
