Ingredients

- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons adobo sauce (from the can of chipotles)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
