At the Wake'n'Bake Lounge, we're all about combining culinary craftsmanship with the subtle art of cannabis infusion. Each salmon recipe not only offers a delightful dinner option but also enhances the culinary experience, transforming it from a simple meal into a therapeutic dish.

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons cannabis-infused olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/3 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- Fresh basil, chopped
- Crumbled feta cheese, to serve
Preparation
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Drizzle salmon fillets with lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of cannabis-infused olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the salmon for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
4. While the salmon grills, combine cherry tomatoes, olives, red onion, the remaining tablespoon of cannabis-infused olive oil, and basil in a bowl. Stir to combine.
5. Serve the grilled salmon topped with the tomato-olive salsa and a sprinkle of feta cheese.
