Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons cannabis-infused butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh dill, plus extra for garnish
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil. Brush each fillet with cannabis-infused butter and season with dill, salt, and pepper.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
4. In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic to create the creamy dill sauce.
