At the Wake'n'Bake Lounge, we’re always looking for ways to add a touch of innovation to classic dishes. This refreshing and healthy dish is ideal for a summer picnic, a light dessert, or a special treat to share with friends and family.

Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 cup mango, diced
- 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 2 tablespoons cannabis-infused honey or syrup
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Preparation
1. Prepare the Fruit:
- Wash and prepare all the fruit. Hull and halve the strawberries, dice the pineapple and mango, peel and slice the kiwi, and halve the grapes.
- Place all the prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl.
2. Make the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, combine the cannabis-infused honey or syrup with the lime juice. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
3. Assemble the Salad:
- Pour the dressing over the fruit in the mixing bowl.
- Gently toss the fruit to ensure it is evenly coated with the dressing.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
4. Serve:
- Serve the cannabis-infused fruit salad immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
