- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup cannabis-infused olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1. In a bowl, mix together ketchup, cannabis-infused olive oil, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
3. Place chicken in a resealable bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, making sure every piece is thoroughly coated.
4. Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
5. Grill the chicken over medium heat until it's cooked through and the outside is caramelized.
