About the Recipe

At the Wake'n'Bake Lounge, we understand the love for classic comfort food, especially when it can be infused with a little something extra to elevate the experience.

Ingredients

  - 2 cups elbow macaroni

  - 1 tablespoon cannabutter

  - 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped

  - 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

  - 1 cup heavy cream

  - 1 cup gruyere cheese, grated

  - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

  - Salt and pepper to taste

  - Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Preparation

1. Cook macaroni al dente, drain and set aside.


  2. In a pan, melt cannabutter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.


  3. Add lobster meat and cook for about 3 minutes.


  4. Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream, stirring until warm.


  5. Gradually mix in gruyere and parmesan until the sauce is smooth.


  6. Combine macaroni with the lobster sauce.


  7. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
