Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup cannabis-infused olive oil
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish
Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning.
3. Heat cannabis-infused olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Place fried chicken in a baking dish. Spoon marinara sauce over each piece, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
