Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon honey

- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 teaspoons sesame oil

- 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused olive oil

- Sesame seeds, for garnish

- Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish

- Steamed rice and sautéed bok choy, to serve

Preparation

1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and cannabis-infused olive oil.

2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

4. Transfer the salmon and marinade to a baking dish. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped cilantro over the cooked salmon.

6. Serve hot with steamed rice and sautéed bok choy.
